If you signed up for a NOWCA account via ACTiO, you will have chosen a collection venue or 'home' venue.
You can collect your band at any NOWCA network venue, regardless of what you selected. Every venue has bands onsite and they are only linked with your account when you collect it.
Simply book your swim, or visit the venue during opening hours and provide your NOWCA registered email address when you arrive, and your band will be assigned to your account at that point.
If you signed up via NOWCA Wild, you will not have selected a venue. The above still applies - simply book your swim or visit a venue to collect your wristband.
Please note that wristbands are not posted. You must present in person at a venue to collect.
