You can still attend your booked session if you've forgotten your NOWCA band
Each venue has a supply of temporary bands. Talk to the venue staff on arrival and they can give you a temporary band for the session, which should be returned at the end. Your stats will be added to your account even if you use a temporary band.
There may be a small admin fee levied by your venue. Please double check when you arrive for your swim.
