How do I manage my NOWCA membership payments?

NOWCA members can see and manage information about their membership and personal profile from within ACTiO.


If you have a recurring membership set up and DON'T WANT THIS TO AUTO-REWEW, you must cancel your subscription PRIOR TO THE EXPIRY DATE. 


** Please note that if you have not marked NOWCA as a 'safe sender' or have blocked communications from NOWCA, we are unable to send you reminders about your membership.


Members who have paid online have either created their subscription via a Continuous Payment Authority (if you paid membership via ACTiO) or a pre-approved payment (if you paid via PayPal). This means that your membership fee will be automatically paid on the expiry date of your current membership period.


If you paid for your membership onsite at a NOWCA affiliated venue or have cancelled your subscription already, your membership will expire at the end of your current membership period.  You will be prompted to pay the membership fee if you try to make a booking.

 

CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT

Please check your expiry date by logging into the ACTiO app or desktop version https://actio.nowca.org/root/home and choosing PROFILE on the bottom right corner of the screen.  The membership expiry date will be shown in the top right of the screen.


You can check your membership status by selecting SETTINGS (under the expiry date) and choosing MANAGE MEMBERSHIP

  • If there is a CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button next to your account details your membership will auto-renew unless you cancel.  This must be done by 5pm on the last business day prior to your expiry date, otherwise you will still be charged. If the 'reactivate subscription' button shows, you have already cancelled your subscription.


  • If you do not have a cancel/reactivate button, your subscription has been set up via PayPal or you have paid your membership fee onsite at a venue.

If you paid onsite, your membership will expire on the date shown on your profile


If you are unsure about the status of your membership payments, please contact us so that we can confirm your status and cancel your membership if you don't wish this to auto-renew.  CONTACT US BY SUBMITTING A TICKET


If your membership has lapsed, login to ACTiO and pay membership (you will be prompted to do this when login or you try to make a booking)

 

If you have deleted the ACTiO app but have not cancelled your auto-renewal payment you must take action to ensure payments are not taken.  Deleting the ACTiO app does not cancel any impending payments.


Some members may have an Adult account set up via ACTiO and another (child account) set up via PayPal.  Please ensure you check both accounts and take the necessary action if you do not wish accounts to auto-renew.

 

Failure to cancel your subscription will mean you are charged for another membership year. 


If your membership has expired, you will be prompted to pay for a new membership period if you wish to make a booking.
