I've paid my membership fee on ACTiO but it's still asking me to pay..

If you have paid your membership fee on ACTiO, your expiry date should be updated automatically.


If you are still being asked to pay your membership fee, please refresh the page (if you are using desktop ACTiO) or refresh the app by navigating to HOME and swiping down from the top of the screen.


If you are still having problems, please contact NOWCA by submitting a ticket in the Support Centre
