How do I update my NOWCA account information?

You can update your account information from within the ACTiO app or desktop version of ACTiO


Navigate to Manage Membership by choosing:

  • Profile
  • Settings
  • Edit Profile


* It's important to keep your personal information up-to-date, particularly your emergency contact information.

* If you are not receiving email notifications when you make a booking, please check your email address in the Edit Profile tab
