I've completed the NOWCA Cold Water Induction, how do I retake the course or get my certificate?

You can login to your Teachable account and rewatch the Cold Water Induction videos at any time by doing the following:

1. Login to Teachable https://nowca-education-portal.teachable.com
2. Click on 'My Products' (this will load the courses you have enrolled in)
3. Choose 'Cold Water Induction'
4. Choose which section of the course you would like to revisit and then play the video

• Please noteyou will not be able to retake the quiz at the end of each section but the quiz questions and answers are available for review at the bottom of the 'Closing' section of the course.

If you didn't receive your certificate upon completing the NOWCA Cold Water Induction, you can obtain a copy of this by following the below instructions:

1. Login to your Teachable account https://nowca-education-portal.teachable.com   You will need to use the credentials created when you signed up for an account (your NOWCA registered email and password will not work on this site as it is an external platform)
2. Select My Products
3. Click on Cold Water Induction
4. Choose Certificate from the menu on the left
5. Download your certificate
