Can I change my NOWCA band collection venue?

When you created a NOWCA account, you chose a band collection venue.  To check the venue or change your collection venue, please follow these instructions.


  • Login to your account HERE
  • Select My Account
  • Select Profile tab
  • The 1st item shows your collection venue
  • To change this, click on the dropdown menu and selected the venue


* You will only see the band collection venue on your account, if you have not previously had a band assigned to you

* Each venue has a large supply of wristbands onsite.  When you arrive for your first swim, a band is allocated to you and linked to your account.  There is no requirement to pre-arrange collection of your band with the venue.  Once you have paid your membership fee, your band will be available for collection at your chosen venue.

* If you have lost your NOWCA band, you can have this replaced at any NOWCA affiliated venue for a nominal fee
