How do I add my child to a club on the NOWCA system?

You will need your child account details to hand to add your child to a club on the NOWCA System.


Once you have a child account set up:

  • Go to ACTiO on desktop or use the app
  • Choose Manage Child Accounts (from the burger bar in top right in app) or top right menu from desktop
  • Click on the arrow next to the child account which will bring up the username.  
  • Take note of the username
  • Navigate to https://kscan.co
  • Login using the username of the child and the password you used to set-up the child account
  • Once logged in under the child account, choose Club Listing from the top ribbon (3rd from right)
  • Scroll down and find the club you wish to join
  • Choose Apply For Membership


The Club Manager will notified that you have applied to join the club.  Once your membership has been approved to the club, you will receive an email confirming approval to the club.
