If you can't find your answer, submit a ticket with your query and the team will come back to you asap. Our general response time is within 24 hours though during busy times, it may take us a little longer. We are a small team and do not offer phone support.
NOWCA provides systems and support to open water venues – we do not manage the venues.
Should your query relate to a venue (swim times, prices, swim booking cancellations), you should contact the venue directly. You can find contact information for each venue in ACTiO – search for the venue and then choose Venue Info tab
