Cancellation and amendment policies are set by each individual venue. This means what you can do with your booking will depend on the venue's own terms and conditions.
NOWCA provides the ACTiO booking platform, but bookings, events and activities are managed by the venue itself.
Because booking payments belong to the venue, NOWCA cannot authorise refunds or changes to bookings.
How do I cancel a booking and request a refund?
If your venue allows cancellations or refunds, you will see a Refund button next to your booking in ACTiO.
Activity bookings
- Log in to ACTiO.
- Select Profile (bottom right of the screen).
- Open the Activities tab.
- Find your booking.
- If a Refund button is displayed, select it to cancel your booking and receive a credit.
Event bookings
- Log in to ACTiO.
- Select Profile (bottom right of the screen).
- Open the Events tab.
- Find your booking.
- If a Refund button is displayed, select it to cancel your booking and receive a refund.
I can't see a Refund button
If there is no Refund button, the venue has not enabled self-service refunds for that booking. In this case, please contact the venue directly to discuss any cancellation, amendment or refund options.
**If your venue uses a different system for bookings, you will need to contact them directly with any questions.
