If you have added yourself to a waiting list and receive an email or app notification, you will need to accept the slot within 2 hours. If you don't accept the slot, this will be offered to the next person on the list and you will lose your spot on the waiting list.
To accept a slot:
- Go to ACTiO
- Open the burger bar (top right corner)
- Choose Notifications
- Click on the notification referring to your waitlisted spot
- Pay for your booking
Alternatively:
- Go to ACTiO
- Choose the activity you have booked
- Choose the date you are waitlisted for
- Click on the timeslot
- Pay for your booking
The example below shows that I am waitlisted for the 18:00 timeslot on the 17th and that there is now a space available. I click on the timeslot and then make payment to accept the booking.
