I'm having trouble setting up a NOWCA account

If you are having trouble setting up an account, please try the following:


  • Try a different username.  If the username you are using is already taken, you may receive an invalid field message.  Please use your email address as the username and try again
  • Password length - passwords should be a minimum of 7 letters and not contain any spaces 
  • You may already have an account.  Try the reset password option for your email address if you receive a message saying you already have an account (make sure you check your junk for the activation code)


If you are still having problems setting up an account, please contact NOWCA by submitting a support ticket.
