If you are having trouble creating or accessing your account, please try the following:
- You must have a unique username. If it says 'account already exists', use your email address as the username as it's possible the username you have entered is already in use
- Ensure you have no spaces at either end of your email address or password (particularly if you have copied & pasted this information)
- Ensure your password is at least 7 characters
If you are confident you have already set up an account:
- Reset your password
- Go to ACTiO
- Choose Login here
- Choose forgotten password
- Enter your email and click Send code to email (be sure to check your junk / spam folder after resetting)
