I'm having trouble creating or accessing my account, what do I do?

If you are having trouble creating or accessing your account, please try the following:


  • You must have a unique username.  If it says 'account already exists', use your email address as the username as it's possible the username you have entered is already in use
  • Ensure you have no spaces at either end of your email address or password (particularly if you have copied & pasted this information)
  • Ensure your password is at least 7 characters


If you are confident you have already set up an account:

  • Reset your password
  • Go to ACTiO 
  • Choose Login here
  • Choose forgotten password
  • Enter your email and click Send code to email (be sure to check your junk / spam folder after resetting)



If you still can't access your account, please contact NOWCA Support
