My swim distance / other metric was incorrectly recorded, who should I contact?

At the end of your swim, the onsite staff will enter the distance you have swum and these will be emailed to you and are also available to see under your Profile in ACTiO.


If your swim stats have been recorded incorrectly, please contact the venue where you completed your swim to have your swim logs corrected.
