Can I cancel or amend my booking?

Each venue sets its own terms and conditions for amendments / cancellations of bookings.


NOWCA provides an integrated booking, safety & venue management system for open water venues. Events and activities offered via the system are done so by the venues and NOWCA has no part in the organisation or management of these.  Revenue from bookings made via our booking app belong to the venue and therefore NOWCA have no authority to refund bookings.


If your venue has chosen to allow refunds, you will see an option to do this from within ACTiO:


Cancel your Activity booking and request a refund

  • Login to ACTiO
  • Select Profile (bottom right of screen)
  • Ensure Activities tab is selected - your bookings will be listed
  • If a Refund button appears, you will be able to select this to receive a credit for your cancelled booking


Cancel an Event booking and request a refund

  • Login to ACTiO
  • Select Profile (bottom right of screen)
  • Ensure Events tab is selected - your bookings will be listed
  • If a Refund button appears, you will be able to select this to receive a refund for your events booking



* Remember, you will only have these options if your venue allows refunds.
