Some NOWCA affiliated venues offer bulk credits for certain activities.
- To check if your local venue offers credit packages, login to the ACTiO app or use the desktop version
- Choose the venue
- Underneath Available Activities there will be an option to Book Now or Buy 10 Credits
Credits are currently only available in blocks of 10. Please speak to your venue directly to see if they offer other credit packages.
* When you purchase a credits package, it is for a particular activity at a particular venue.
* Revenue for the credits package belongs to that venue and cannot be transferred to another NOWCA affiliated venue.
* NOWCA cannot refund members for unused credits.
* Credits do not expire on the NOWCA system though venues may have different terms and conditions for use of credits. Please check with your local venue if you have a question about a credit package
* You can only make use of your credits if your NOWCA membership is valid (paid annual membership fee).
